For more than 30 years, Stonegate has specialized in the development, management and leasing of commercial and residential properties throughout the Greater Boston area and beyond.

We currently manage over 750,000 sf of commercial and residential properties in our portfolio

Founded in 1988, and headquartered in Natick, MA for over 20 years, we have successfully developed over $190 million of residential and mixed-use properties.

Sean P. McGrath  founded Stonegate Group in 1988 and, as its Chief Executive Officer, leads asset management, acquisitions, sales, finance, and development. Outside of his real estate endeavors, Sean has branched out to several other related businesses, including lending and joint ventures. He is also an owner and franchisee of 15 Dunkin’ stores in the Mid-Atlantic region, and
he owns and operates several solar companies in both Massachusetts and California.
