In keeping with our commitment to the Natick Board of Selectmen, Stonegate Group will soon be demolishing the structures located at 4 & 6 Lincoln Street.
We anticipate the demolition work will take place in August, once we secure a demolition permit from the Natick Building Department.
Prior to this demolition work, our contractor (General Excavation Co., Inc.) will begin preparing the site by cutting & capping the water lines serving the two buildings. This work is anticipated to begin the week of July 29th (weather permitting).
As we get closer to the demolition work, we will be notifying residents in the neighborhood with additional details. An advance mailing has been sent to all residents in the St. Patrick’s neighborhood (Lincoln, Wilson, Morse, Sherman & Grant Streets), and we will continue to update the public via our Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/stonegatesaintpatricksproject/ and our website (www.stonegatellc.com).
