This 120+ year old landmark was redeveloped into a mixed-use building by Stonegate in 2017, with input from the Natick Historical Commission and the Massachusetts Historical Commission in an effort to preserve the historic character of the building.
With 11 residential units on the 2nd and 3rd floors, the first floor is fully dedicated to 2 retail spaces and 1 restaurant, which offers one of the best outdoor patio dining experiences in Natick Center.
