Looking to expand its portfolio beyond Metrowest Boston, Stonegate acquired 565 & 581 North Main Street in August 2023.  The 2.13-acre site contains two mill buildings totaling 85,000 square feet that will be renovated into a sprawling complex of warehouse, industrial, and commercial space with a 250 kW rooftop solar array.
