In the coming years, Stonegate will endeavor to redevelop this 6-acre site into prime industrial space in downtown Framingham. Currently, the property consists of a 39,430 square foot mill building and one of Framingham’s only solar farms with 2,783 panels producing over 800 kWDC for many of the City’s municipal accounts.
