Turnout may have been on the lighter side due to the impending Forth of July holiday, but that still didn’t dampen our excitement to introduce our updated redevelopment project at
45 E. Central Street in Natick (the former St. Patrick’s Parish Property).
Stonegate hosted an Open House at the Natick Senior Center on Tuesday, June 29th and presented
our vision for the property, including plans, project summaries and a development timeline.
Also on hand was Finegold Alexander Architects, who fielded questions and discussed the
updated design improvements with Natick residents.
Representatives from the Town of Natick’s Community & Economic Development Department
were also present at the Open House to express their support of the project and its
benefit to the Natick Downtown District.
