The building is situated right off Westborough Center’s downtown rotary and next door to its neighbor, the historic Arcade Building.
In 2013, Stonegate, mindful of the building’s sentimental past as the original location of the old “Piccadilly Pub Restaurant”, renovated the building into several commercial & residential units.
Careful to keep the historic aspects of the building intact, Stonegate ensured that certain standards at 5 Milk Street were met to retain the character and charm of the original property.
A portion of the renovation included adding handicapped accessible entrances and improving the existing sidewalk for more curbside appeal.
On the first floor, new businesses thrive with five masterfully designed commercial suites. An open floor plan in the basement (site of the original Piccadilly Pub) is set up for retail, storage or possibly a new restaurant. The top floor is home to five gorgeous and unique apartments.
At 5 Milk Street, you’ll have the advantage of a supportive community and a thriving Downtown business district.
